Project Management Services
PATS were recently engaged to provide project management and functional safety services for the design and construction of the following assets:
- Site main switchboards
- Switchrooms and MCCs
- Control rooms fitted with workstations and communication racks
- Field marshalling panels and HMI panels
- PLC, SCADA and HMI kernel development
Utilising Schneider M580 PLCs, Citect SCADA and Proface HMI this project was successfully completed in partnership with our client.
RTIO Functional Safety Consultancy Services
PATS have recently been engaged across multiple RTIO projects to provide functional safety consultancy services including:
- Multiple sustaining capital upgrade projects
- Reclaimer replacement study functional safety consultancy services
- Legacy stackers functional safety review and compliance upgrade requirements report
- Functional safety maintenance tactics and proof test procedure development
Mobile Machine Optimisations
PATS were engaged to provide project management and control system engineering services for multiple reclaimer optimisation projects targeting:
- Improvements in reclaimer efficiency
- Reduction in reclaimer overload trips
- Improvements in stacker relocation times
Utilising Emerson, Schneider and Allen Bradley PLCs and Cimplicity and Citect SCADA these projects were successfully completed providing substantial uplift in throughput and reliability.
